Auto Mechanic
Location: Hilo, HI (30 Kukila Street)
Compensation: $18–$25/hr (based on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week (Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts)

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Write accurate repair orders and service estimates
- Communicate clearly with technicians regarding repair needs
- Provide status updates and ensure timely customer follow-up
- Maintain records and ensure a smooth workflow in the shop
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive service or similar role preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency (repair order software knowledge a plus)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Service Representative
Location: Hilo, HI
Type: Full-time
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in ensuring their satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone with excellent people skills and attention to detail.

MS Auto, Inc. is looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanic Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about vehicle repair and diagnostics.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and part replacements
- Support auto body repair as needed
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
- Knowledge of diagnostics and vehicle systems
- Valid driver’s license required
- ASE Certification a plus but not required
